Dr Tim Creedon, Chair UASnet 
Dr Tim Creedon is currently President Emeritus Institutes of Technology Tallaght and special advisor to the Institutes of Technology Ireland, on the implementation of applied research strategy. Tim was President of the Institute of Technology, Tallaght from 2004 to 2009.  During that time he oversaw a five fold increase in competitive research funding for the Institute and a National Centre of Excellence in Applied Science for Health that was established. 
From 1991 to 2004 Tim was Head of School of Science at the Institute.  During his time in higher education Tim's goal has been to achieve an economically and socially productive alignment between Irish HE and industry.  To achieve this Tim has been involved in a number of new and novel approaches to education and applied research.
From 1977 to 1991 Tim was Deputy Director of the Irish Forensic Science service with special responsibility for the establishment and management of the offences against the person division.

Tamara Wanker (MA), Secretary General UASnet
Tamara Wanker (MA) works from the Dutch HBO-raad offices for the UASnet as Secretary General. She has been Programme Manager for the previous two European projects ‘BaLaMa’ and ‘Eduprof’ and acted as advisor on research, innovation and internationalisation within the Dutch association of UAS since 2006. 
Before joining the HBO-raad, she held several posts within the public sector: as international consultant at the Ministry of Health, as municipal councillor and assistant to members of the Dutch Parliament. 
Tamara’s motivation is to establish creative connections between research professionals within UAS across Europe, unleashing the potential of professionals on applied research themes to the benefit of society. In this respect she aims at offering an innovative platform for UAS and fitting conditions on policy level.
Tamara is currently on maternity leave. During this time the secretariat of UASnet will be managed by Annelieke van Schie.
